Please Note: A 15-minute grace period will be provided, after which a fee of $1 per minute will be charged. If the delay exceeds 30 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled, and a no-show fee will apply. 

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a $25 no-show fee, in addition to the incurred $15 wait fee. One reschedule is permitted.
